Social Connections is an initiative of Options Disability Support.
Social Connections offers social support to adults with a disability from the Lower Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions in NSW.
All of our Social Connections activities will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Choose activities you would like to participate in
- Learn how to safely navigate the community
- Build positive social interactions and improve your social skills
- Increase connections with your peers and others
- Explore activities that allow you to express your creative side
- Be supported to participate in the community
Our events and activities take us to all parts of the Central Coast, Hunter and Sydney Regions
